Belt Conveyor

This machine is mainly used in powder material, granular materials, small block material, it is easy to get out. It can also be used for the material of package, such as coal, charcoal, coke, debris, sand, cement, fertilizer, etc.

Feeder Machine

Feeder is for storaging the crushed raw material like coal dust, charcoal dust, etc. It is just like the silo. After crushing, the material comes into the feeder temporarily which guarantees enough and adequate amount of material going into the mixer.

Mixer

This machine is used to mix the grinded coal dust or charcoal dust (charcoal powder), etc with water and binder etc. It can automatically discharge the mixed material without manual help.

Briquetting Press

GEMCO briquette machine has two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame. The other two smaller rollers are moveable. As its named implies, it has four rollers and does twice pressure in the production of briquettes. The briquette is stronger and has in a higher density, and the surface of briquettes is smoother.

Dryer

The device is used for drying of charcoal briquettes coal export from briquette press machine. This machine use hot air as drying medium contact material continuously, enabling moisture content in wet material to be gasified and to be evaporated, to achieve the purpose of drying.
